ARGUABLY THE MOST ICONIC MUSIC BUILDING IN MANCHESTER SINCE THE FREE TRADE HALL, BEEHIVE MILL HAS BEEN A CORNERSTONE OF MUSICAL HERITAGE FOR OVER A DECADE WITH ARTISTES LIKE LAMB, ELBOW AND KID BRITISH AND HOUSING THE WORLD FAMOUS SANKEYS NIGHTCLUB. Sessions are priced £20 - £34.50 depending on size of room.
All session prices include 2 mics, leads, 2 stands and vocal PA.

Newly refurbished rooms, secure storage, stable power supply, lift access to all floors, convenient parking and friendly staff, the Beehive rehearsal rooms are the perfect place for your band to practice and call home! We have 12 good size, clean & dry, well maintained rooms over four floors.
We also have extensive industry contacts and are happy to help with general band enquiries including booking gigs in Manchester at venues including Manchester Academy 3.

At the Beehive Rooms we have a comprehensive range of backline for hire.
Drum Kits: £5 per session (Cymbals - £3)
